Q6. What are your strategies to fight against terrorism ?

Ans. Ans. The following mechanisms will be deployed in phases in each of the 5 zones in the National Capital to start with:-
(I) The 3 C’s that are being put up at the citizen level:
(a) CIN – Citizen’s Intelligence Network
(b) CART – Citizen’s Active Response Team
(c) CCS – The Citizen Cart Squad being zonal is popularly called as the ZCS
(II).Through the utilization of legal tools to hold the government accountable i.e.:
(a) RTI’s
(b) PIL’s
(c) Contempt petitions in the HC etc.
(III). Through regular audit & appraisal : of security measures put in place & by cooperating with like minded activism initiated by other bodies/ media to conduct / support the same.
(IV). By taking cohesive & comprehensive action against any factor that may directly or indirectly be contributing towards terror attacks in this country. “Reluctance to Act” by our agencies would be countered with immediate action by CRA.
